Just so you know, I’m not done talking about the ISPA conference just yet because I still have some great stories to share! I did, however, want to pass along some time-sensitive social media resources and events. The holiday season is upon us and spas in particular need to work hard to get business when everyone is out shopping instead of spa-ing.
Twitter has partnered with some of the best in the business to host several events aimed at helping small businesses drive social media engagement (and revenues!) over the holiday season. So if you’ve ever asked yourself “how do I use social media for my spa business?” and you’ve heard of names like Twitter, HubSpot, Google Small Business Community, Hootsuite and SproutSocial, then you should check out these free online events. Some of them start as soon as this coming Tuesday, October 28th.
On a related topic, we’ve previously mentioned our social media prospecting workbook for helping you find spa clients on social media. This helpful resource provides a practical, hands-on approach to implementing the most useful advice from social media sites about finding new clients. In fact, it teaches you how to actively look for and engage with potential clients instead of waiting for them to find you. It covers Twitter, Google+, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest, and the tips are specific to each site’s unique features.
Best news of all is that this workbook is still FREE and available to download. And the techniques work any time of year, not just during the holidays. Click the button below to download this JMPankey Partners resource.
