Pankey’s SpaHive is aiming to connect people in the spa industry via its community platform, while consulting for companies via its ‘concierge’ and ‘mastermind’ services and help to solve staffing problems via its ‘on-demand staffing’ element.
SpaHive Community members will receive a daily briefing of spa and marketing information – including articles, case studies, blog posts, podcasts and newsletters – all curated by Pankey, as well as weekly live video conferencing with Pankey present, exclusive deals and online business networking. Members have an option for monthly or annual subscription.
The site also offers a ‘concierge’ consultancy service for businesses of all sizes – but particularly those that are struggling or just starting out – which has sliding scale pricing and service offerings. The programme offers telephone support with spa consultants in the areas of operations, customer service/satisfaction, facilities, marketing and social media and staffing, among other services.
Also available are SpaHive’s ‘mastermind’ sessions, led by Pankey and other spa owners and managers, that will focus on each attendee’s own business and offer “takeaways that can be implemented immediately to generate revenue.”
Beyond this, SpaHive also has its on-demand staffing element, which is provided by on-location massage therapy agency Zeel Massage, and a range of a la carte services, including employee handbooks and SEO management.
